By using Disclosure, you agree to these terms. They are written in plain language because we respect your time. Read them.
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Disclosure mobile application ("the App") available on Google Play and the Apple App Store, and the associated website at getdisclosure.app. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Disclosure is a one-time purchase. The price is $9.99 USD, processed by Apple App Store or Google Play depending on your platform. We do not have subscriptions. We do not have in-app purchases beyond the initial unlock. You pay once. You get everything.
All billing is handled by Apple or Google. We do not process payments directly. Your financial relationship is with them, not us.
Refund requests are handled directly by Apple App Store or Google Play under their respective refund policies. We do not control these processes and cannot issue refunds independently.
If you have a concern before requesting a platform refund, contact us first at team@getdisclosure.app. We will attempt to resolve it.
All content within Disclosure — including but not limited to the archetype system, training protocols, Intel Briefings, Signal Language sequences, Universal Translator interface, Stone Cold Drills, visual design, copy, and First Contact Card credentials — is owned by Disclosure App.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. That license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the App or its content.
By using Disclosure, you agree not to:
Accounts found in violation of these terms may be terminated without notice or refund.
Disclosure is provided as-is. We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the App's fitness for any particular purpose, accuracy of training content, or uninterrupted availability.
We are not responsible for the decisions you make based on your archetype designation, readiness score, or any content within the App. The protocols inside Disclosure are for preparedness training. We are not the government. We are not affiliated with any intelligence agency. We are a civilian preparedness platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Disclosure App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
You may terminate your account at any time by using the Reset Progress or Delete Account function in Settings. All stored data is wiped upon termination.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion. In such cases, no refund is issued.
We may update the App and these Terms at any time. When Terms are updated, the effective date at the top of this document changes. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
We will not remove features you paid for without notice. If a significant change affects your purchase, we will surface it in the App.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Disclosure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
