Each role is a job for the first minute, and each one has a dossier: what it does, where it goes wrong, and how to train it.

SentinelPrimary protector
Stands between the unknown and everyone else. Counts heads, finds the gap, holds it.
DiplomatDe-escalation lead
Lowers the temperature. Open hands, a quiet voice, and nothing sudden.
ScholarField analyst
Records while everyone else reacts. Time, direction, light, and what can be proven.
SurvivorSelf-preservation
Reads the exit before the room. Gets children, pets and the frozen moving first.
First Contact, sealed designationNot issued
It is not assigned. It appears. There is no public record of who holds it.

How the classification decides.

The classification is ten scenario questions. The power is out, a light is hanging over the hills, someone in the room starts to panic. You pick what you would actually do.

Each answer leans toward one of the four roles. At the end, the role you leaned toward most is yours. If two roles are tied, your later answers break the tie.

There are no right answers and no score. A role is not a grade. It is the job you are most likely to reach for when nothing makes sense, which makes it the job worth training.

Your result comes with a serial number and an iris print built from your exact answers, so nobody else finishes with the same one.

First Contact is not one of the four, and nothing on this site explains it.
